Code of Ethics

Since its foundation as a group, Sicurglobal has adopted a code of ethics, setting up an oversight body and operating procedures aimed at the concrete application of legal standards.

This code of ethics lays out the companies self-regulatory system in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, and its contents are intended for consultation by all those who enter into relations with the Group for any reason. The code of ethics is aimed at formalizing the management methods of the Sicurglobal Group, bringing its conduct into line with models of legality, fairness, integrity, and business efficiency in both internal and external relations.

This document has been implemented to guide the conduct of all companies in the group; therefore, the code of ethics is binding for all executives, employees, and external associates of the group. Compliance with its instructions and provisions is a fundamental condition for initiating or continuing any relations with companies in the Sicurglobal Group.
